WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED
Your order may be cancelled if we are unable to confirm the validity of your contact information and shipping address. Before processing your order for shipment, our customer representatives will give you a phone call via the phone number you have provided during checkout. This is to; (a) confirm the completeness of your shipping address (b) check if the phone number is correct and working. This way our couriers would be able to contact you should there be any issues with the delivery of your order. Failure to be contacted in this manner will result in an automatic cancellation of your order.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
You will only be billed upon the delivery of your order by our couriers. Our couriers can ONLY accept cash payments.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER METHODS / FORMS OF PAYMENT?
Unfortunately we only do Cash On Delivery (COD) at this time.
SHIPPING HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We will not charge you for shipping. Shipping is totally FREE to any any location within the Philippines with no minimum purchase is required.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 7 business days. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 12 business days with the exception of some remote areas.
IS THERE ANY DOMESTIC AREA WHICH WAREHAUSA CANNOT DELIVER TO?
Warehausa can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you via the contact information you have provided with your order.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?
No. We only ship to locations within the Philippines.
